Where We Work

We work in Unguja and Pemba, in the places where we can make the biggest impact. We tackle poverty and the denial of human rights at a local level, and we challenge the causes behind them nationally. Everywhere we see similar problems. But often the solutions are different – so we’re working together, sharing ideas, spreading inspiration and learning from each other.

UNGUJA:

Unguja is the heart of “Respect For Diversity”. It’s where our Head Office is, and it’s where we started our work more than 1 year ago. We’re working with inspiring people in Africa, from Local, Regional and Global Level.

PEMBA:

We are prepared to run programmes in all regions of Pemba and support social movements by engaging other Local Organized Groups and Registered NGO. In Pemba, we look forward on challenging the government to tackle Regional Poverty, Increase Inclusion, Reduce Political Division, Adhere to Human Rights and Develop reforms that are fair and Exercise Good Governance Practices at all time..
